This Noto DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sicily terroir. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Nero d'Avola 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels, one third of which are new and the remaining part of second and third passage. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
