Produced in Marche, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Ancona area, at 350 metres above sea level on calcareous soils with north-west exposure. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature. The wine is aged 5 months in steel vats. A wine true to the Marche tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
