Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards rooted between 820 and 890 metres above sea level near to Maso Michei. Vinification: maceration on skins for 8 hours, pressing, racking and alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged some months in steel vats. A wine reflecting Trentino's alpine terroir and cool-climate precision.
