Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on gravelly soil, with Guyot and Pergola system, at 100 metres of altitude. Vinification: cold maceration for 10 days and alcoholic fermentation at low temperature in steel tanks. The wine is aged some months in steel vats.
