This Cinque Terre DOC captures the distinctive personality of Liguria terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Bosco 70%, other native grape varieties 20%, Rossese Bianco 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines bred in rows and pergola on soils made of sandstone stone. Vinification: withering of the bunches of a month, ginning of the best berries, spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 28 days. The wine is aged 12 months in cherry wood barriques. A wine reflecting the dramatic terraced vineyards along the Ligurian coast.
Liguria's small-scale, artisanal winemaking reflects the rugged beauty of its terrain.
