Slatnik Radikon

Produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Chardonnay 80%, Friulano 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 25 years old vines with biodynamic cultivation. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation on the skins for 8-14 days in wooden vats, with malolactic fermentation, without fining or filtration. The wine is aged 18 months in oak barrels. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
