Crafted from Garganega 70%, Trebbiano di Soave 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards calvarino - Soave (Vr) - 300 meters above sea level, facing North-East. Vinification: hand picked in two passages, pressing and selecting of the juice, fermentation at controlled temperature, aging on lees for a year. The wine is aged in the bottle for a few months.
