This exceptional Soave DOC showcases the authentic character of Veneto. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Garganega 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20-30 year old vines on volcanic soils at an altitude of 80 metres. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 3 months partly in steel tanks (90%) and the remainder in barriques (10%). A wine showing the technical precision Veneto producers are known for.
