The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of 70 years at 100-200 mt asl on volcanic and clay soil. Organic agriculture. Vinification: soft pressing and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. No addition of sulfites. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
