This exceptional Soave DOC showcases the authentic character of Veneto. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Garganega 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards rooted on calcareous, clay-rich soil at an altitude of 200-300 m asl, with southwest exposure. Slightly late harvest. Vinification: de-stemming and pressing of grapes, short maceration on skins and fermentation in large oak barrels. The wine is aged 12 months in big oak barrels. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
