Soave Classico 'Vigneti di Carbonare' Inama

This exceptional Soave DOC showcases the authentic character of Veneto. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Garganega 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 40-years-old vines cultivated according to the Pergola system from Carbonare village, rooted in a volcanic soil at 250 metres above sea level. Vinification: destemming, pressing, maceration on the skins for 4 hours, second perssing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 12 months in steel vats and 6 in bottle.
