Crafted from Garganega 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 40 years old vines rooted on soils rich in limestone, tuff and pebbles. Vinification: soft pressing with fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 10 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
