Crafted from Garganega 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 70-80 year old vines from a vineyard bordering an ancient oak forest. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts.
