A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Soave DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Garganega 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines that are 60 years old on a hilly soil at 400 m above sea level. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks, without filtrations. The wine is aged 18 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
