Crafted from Zibibbo 70%, Grillo 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards volcanic soils in Pantelleria, limestone and sand in Marsala. Vinification: after the cold maceration and fermentation is started settling in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 7 months in stainless steel tanks. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
