Crafted from Albanello 50%, Zibibbo 50%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards land characterized by red calcareous sands. Vinification: maceration and fermentation with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks, daily mixing. The wine is aged on the lees in stainless steel for 6 months, then 1 month in bottle. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
