The fruit is sourced from vineyards alluvial, clay and limestone soils with northern exposure at an altitude of 500 metres. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in stainless steel followed by 18 months on the lees in the bottle. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
