Crafted from White and red grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. Vinification: first fermentation in steel and second fermentation in autoclave for 3 months according to the Charmat Method. The wine is aged 20 months in big barrels.
