Spumante Extra Brut 'Radicale' Bellenda

Hailing from Veneto, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 11% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from White grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clay and limestone soils. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with skin maceration in oak barrels for 60% of the must and in steel vats for 40% without adding sulphites and second fermentation in bottle without disgorging. The wine is aged 24 months on the lees. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
