Spumante 'Ice' Elém

Produced in Veneto, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its modest 11% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from White grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. Vinification: grape varieties are vinified separately, at the end of alcoholic fermentation they are blended in small wooden casks where they slowly complete both fermentations. The wine is aged a few months in wooden barrels. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
