This distinctive wine from Umbria embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. With 12% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Pinot Nero , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Bolzano and in Olleiten at 330-350 metres above sea level on clayey and sandy soils. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with lowering temperatures to stop fermentation, blend with reserve wine aged for 12 months in oak barrels and second fermentation in bottle with disgorging according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged 42 months on the lees. A wine true to Umbria's centuries-old winemaking heritage.
The region's hillside vineyards yield structured reds and refined whites alike.
