This distinctive wine from Lombardy embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the hills of Gussago and Cellatica. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts and refermentation in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico with the addition of reserve wines stored in cement tanks. No filtrations and clarifications. The wine is aged 90 moons on the lees. A wine reflecting the alpine influence found across Lombardy's varied terroir.
Lombard winemakers favour an innovative approach while maintaining deep respect for tradition.
