Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards located between 150 and 300 m. above sea level, on calcareous and clay soil. Vinification: white vinification, fermentation at 18°C in stainless steel tanks with the addition of selected yeasts. The wine is aged at least 24 months on the lees, then 3 months in bottle.
