Crafted from Pinot Nero 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards located between 150 and 300 m. above sea level, with ground limestone and clay. Vinification: fermentation at 17°-19°C in stainless steel tanks with the addition of selected yeasts. The wine is aged at least 18 months on the lees, then 3 months in bottle.
