Produced in Lombardy, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Chardonnay 80% Pinot Noir 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a morenic clayey soil in the Southern shore of Garda lake. Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature, 35% of the must ferments in small oak barrels. The wine is aged at least 24 months on the lees.
