Spumante Rosè Brut '1.R' Lunae Bosoni

Hailing from Liguria, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Vermentino Nero, Ciliegiolo, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 80 year old vineyards on soils composed of clayey sand. Vinification: soft pressing and processing in rosé, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature and refermentation in autoclave according to the long Charmat method. The wine is aged 5 months in stainless steel tanks. A wine showing the maritime freshness typical of Ligurian whites.
