The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the municipality of Monticelli Brusati on clayey and limestone soils with silt and sand, on alluvial deposits. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and second fermentation in the bottle according to the champenoise method. The wine is aged 120 months on the leesv.
