Tasting Notes

Hailing from Sardinia, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Torbato and other red grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the Alghero area from vines of at least 18 years of age. Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation at controlled temperature and refermentation for 60 days in autoclave according to the Charmat / Martinotti method. The wine is aged for a few months in steel tanks in contact with the yeasts. A wine showing the sun-baked intensity typical of Sardinian vineyards.
