Hailing from Sicily, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from White grapes , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in clayey soil at 480 metres above sea level in Contrada Cerasa, from Monreale area. Biodynamic farming. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in wooden barrels and in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for some days. Without filtrations. The wine is aged 12 months in steel tanks and in big oak barrels. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
