Hailing from Trentino, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Teroldego 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to Guyot and Pergola Trentina system at 370 m above sea lelvel, faced to West and South West, located in Lavis and Colline Avisiane. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks and malolactic fermentation in concrete vats. The wine is aged 5-6 months on the lees in concrete vats and, for the 15%, in French oak barrels. A wine reflecting Trentino's alpine terroir and cool-climate precision.
