Crafted from Teroldego 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the vineyard Morei, in Mezzolombardo, on alluvial soil with a prevalence of stones. Vinification: delicate destemming without pressing, slow spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins in Spanish terracvotta jars called ‘tinajas’ for about 8 months. The wine is aged some months in concrete vats. A wine true to Trentino's tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
