Crafted from Teroldego 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards grapes coming mainly from the Pasquari vineyard, at 227 meters above sea level, in the heart of Campo Rotaliano. Vinification: soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged a few months in steel tanks. A wine true to Trentino's tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
