Crafted from Grechetto 75%, Trebbiano 25%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultuvated according to the guyot system at 500 m above sea level. Organic farming. Vinification: cold maceration,alcoholic fermentation in steel vats and second spontaneous fermentation in bottle without addition of lees or other additives. Without filtrations and with minimun added sulphites. The wine is aged at least 6 months in bottle. A wine embodying Emilia Romagna's easy-drinking, food-loving character.
