Crafted from Timorasso 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. Vinification: soft pressing of pomace and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks and 12-18 months in bottle.
