This exceptional Colli Tortonesi DOC showcases the authentic character of Piedmont. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Timorasso 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards young vines on hilly terrains at 400 meters above sea level. Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 8 months in steel tanks and 5 months in the bottle. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
