This exceptional Alghero DOC showcases the authentic character of Sardinia. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Torbato 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 14-year-old vines grown on medium-textured soils with a high quantity of limestone. Vinification: fermentation of one part of must in stainless steel, the other part in new barrels. The wine is aged some months in the bottle.
