Crafted from Traminer Aromatico 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Contrada Nave at 1100 metres above sea level on volcanic soils. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic spontaneous fermentation in steel vats with 3 days of skins maceration. The wine is aged 4 months on the lees in steel vats and 24 months in steel and in bottle. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
