Crafted from Trebbiano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 40-year-old vines are grown in Controguerra according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture, at an altitude of 230 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts with maceration on the skins and a small percentage of whole bunches. The wine is aged 9 months in concrete tanks.
