Crafted from Trebbiano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 432 metres above sea level, exposed from north-east. The structure of the soil is clayey and limy. Vinification: grapes harvested by hand and alcoholic fermentation by indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged a few months in steel tanks.
