The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30 years old vines on clayey soils. Organic and Biodynamic farming. Vinification: feet pressing in wood vats and spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks vetrified. Unfiltered. The wine is aged few months in concrete tanks vetrified and bottle.
