This Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC captures the distinctive personality of Abruzzo terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Trebbiano d'Abruzzo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Capestrano near Gran Sasso, at 450 metres of altitude. Vinification: cryomaceration at 4°C for 18-24 hours and alcoholic fermentation in barrique. No malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 12 months in barique and 6 months in bottle. A wine true to Abruzzo's tradition of vibrant, food-friendly reds and whites.
