A fine example of Abruzzo winemaking, this Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Trebbiano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards more over than 50 years old vines located 350 meters above sea level and growing with biodynamic products on clayey calcareous soils with sandstone rock subsoil. Vinification: cold maceration on the skins for 6 hours. No pressing, the must is obtained only with fall process. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged in bottle for some months. A wine reflecting Abruzzo's rugged terrain between mountains and the Adriatic.
