This Trento DOC captures the distinctive personality of Trentino terroir. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the slopes of the Trentino mountains between 300 and 700 m above sea level, faced to Sout-East and South-West. Vinification: second fermentation in bottle according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged 36 months on the lees. A wine true to Trentino's tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
