The fruit is sourced from vineyards tVines planted on the Avisane Hills, north of Trento, at 350-700 meters above sea level, with southeast exposure. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The wine is aged 24 months of maturation on the lees in the bottle.
