This Trento DOC captures the distinctive personality of Trentino terroir. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in hilly soil between 450 and 600 metres above sea level. Vinification: second fermentation in bottle according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged at least 36 months on the lees in bottle. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
