This exceptional Trento DOC showcases the authentic character of Trentino. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 5-35 year old vines on limestone gravel and red earth soils at 200-500 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in barrique and second fermentation in bottle according to the Classic Method. The wine is aged 24 months on the lees. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
