Trento Spumante Brut Riserva 'Graal' Altemasi

This Trento DOC captures the distinctive personality of Trentino terroir. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Chardonnay 70%, Pinot Noir 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in hilly soil between 450 and 600 metres above sea level. Vinification: second fermentation in bottle according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged 72 months on the lees. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
