A fine example of Trentino winemaking, this Trento DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Chardonnay 60%, Pinot Noir 40%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in hilly soil between 450 and 600 metres above sea level. Vinification: second fermentation in bottle according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged at least 60 months on the lees. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
