'Uis Blancis Dodon' Denis Montanar

Hailing from Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its modest 11.5% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from White grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines over 40 years old resting on soils rich in silt, sand and clay. Vinification: maceration for 3 days in open vats of fiberglass and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 24 months in big oak barrels. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
