Produced in Sicily, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 16.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from White grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20-42 years old vines in a sandy calcareous soil. Vinification: soft pressing, cold settling and spontaneaou sfermentationb with indigenous yeasts in old oak barrels. Without added sulphites.
